Smoking Legislation

As of 1st July 2006, the new 100% smoking ban in all enclosed areas of Clubs and Hotels was enforced. This means that all indoor areas of the C.ex Group of Clubs are non-smoking areas, this includes no smoking at all gaming machines.

Provisions have been made for those members who do smoke, and these have been factored into recent renovations at all three C.ex Group clubs. Outdoor alfresco areas have been created at a;; three venues, providing a designated outdoor smoking area.

The designated outdoor smoking areas are clearly marked, and staff and management will monitor the activities of patrons in these areas, members and guests alike.
